Dennis founded Dominion Mortgage in 1993 after working for other firms in the Boulder area for more than 10 years. Having worked for both large and small institutions, and seeing what worked well in the Boulder market, the decision to open Dominion Mortgage seemed like a natural next step in his career. Being part of the business community has always been a top priority of his career goals, and owning Dominion allows him to achieve those goals.

The mission statement of being "built on relationships" is what sets Dominion apart from its competitors. Our philosophy is that we need to treat our clients as long-term customers, offering products and advice that provide sound financial solutions on an individual basis. This philosophy has resulted in Dominion being able to proudly boast that 75% of current business is a result of referrals from current and past clients.

Dennis is a Boulder native and a graduate from the University of Colorado, with a BS in Business Finance. He welcomes the opportunity to earn your business as well as your trust.
