Glenn Perkins joined Dominion in 1996 as a Senior Loan Officer and Branch operations manager. Prior to that, Glenn had a distinguished 35-year career with a major bank holding company as the bank's regional manager of operations for the western United States. His extensive experience in identifying major trends in the mortgage market makes Glenn a key member of the Dominion team.
As an active senior himself, Glenn has identified the growing number of senior citizens that are in need of quality mortgage advice as a trend that he wants to specialize in with Dominion. As such, Glenn is the ideal person to help you become familiar with the numerous changes and the benefits of a reverse mortgage and how it can be useful in planning for your retirement years.
Glenn along with Jan, his wife of 50 years, are also actively involved in numerous community volunteer organizations including the YMCA, Boulder Community Hospital Foundation and Auxiliary, Young Life, Buff Club, the CU Women's Golf team, the Omni Susan G. Koman Golf Tourney, the Boulder History Museum, Access Counseling, and the Boulder Luncheon Optimist Club. "Jan and I have been very fortunate to have raised a family and to have lived a wonderful life in a place like Boulder, Colorado. We want to do everything we can through our volunteer efforts to help others in need and to give back to the community that has been so good to us."
Glenn is a firm believer in Community involvement, and strongly supports Dominion's Community Based Lending program by donating a percentage of his originating income to local non-profits. Whether it be through a fundraising program, or a charity in need, contact Glenn for a unique approach to the way mortgage lending can help you.
