Once you have completed the loan application, please sign at the bottom of page 3 and page 4 as the borrower (co-borrowers sign as well). Page 4 of the application is a continuation page in case you need additional space for assets and liabilities. If you do not need the space, draw an "X" on the page and then sign at the bottom of the page.

If you make a mistake while filling out the application, put a single line through the mistake and write the correct information next to the mistake. Do NOT use white out.
